Roll Call for anyone less than 100 days quit. “Quote this post” and then remove the 1 line of code at the beginning of the quoted post

QOD: what kind of fishing do you like to do?

2/21/2021

Quitters:

larry 76 gonna have a great day dip free getting new boat ready for the water

Dayton quitting again with you all for the 32nd time.

SC 1040 Kayac fishing in Texas rivers. I used to think fishing without dipping was impossible. Just one more lie. castaway_gif

RWM 1447 – I don’t have a proper boat, so I like to go do some trout or bass fishing in a kayak. Doing some river fishing for trout is always fun too. I don’t know how to do fly fishing. Quitting all day with the boys.

STS 1, 544: I like fishing for Walleye and Small Mouth Bass in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area using leeches for bait.

Dugan: day 81 still no dip here. I like fishing for men’s souls best of all. Jesus said, ” I’ll make you fishers of men.”

" I realized that I saw my addiction as a wall, a big-assed wall, like the Great Wall. It was too high to climb, to thick to beat through, to deeply set to dig under, and too wide to go around. It had beaten me and I had to admit that I could not fight with it anymore. To get to the other side I had to turn my back on it, stop looking for the quick fix to get to the other side, and take the old first step on a 10,000 mile journey. I accepted that it would take many, many days before I could look back and not see that wall. That, it seems, was the difference." - Dulouz Feb '04

QOD: Did your first car have a name?

2/23/2021

Quitters:

RWM -1449- Proud to quit with you fine gentlemen today. My first car was a ’74 Ford Maverick. It was small with very little legroom. We would cram people in like sardines, and my driving was a bit erratic and negligent, so the car gained the moniker of Deathtrap.

Dugan: day 83 quit with all you fine fellers. First car was a 53 Ford flat head V8. No name, but developed a cracked block which was common with those flat heads. My grand dad and I tore down 6 engines that summer. Every single one of em had a cracked block. I thought ford didn’t make anything without a cracked block, oh the good old days.
