Nick- 589- The freedom that comes with a successful quit is something only quitters can understand. If you want to see what it feels like, STOP dipping. Make and keep that promise.

STS - 1,286: The desire to quit has to come from within. Support during that time is crucial. However, no amount of external harassment can be substituted for that internal drive to quit tobacco

RWM 1190 I don't knock 'em too much, because I needed a fire lit under my ass, and I've done my share of lighting some fires. I've done some boot camp type shit all in the name of the greater good, but there is a point where it becomes counterproductive--especially when someone isn't receptive to the message...or when it comes to personally abusing someone, trolling them across the site, or using private phone numbers to harass someone. Sometimes the best policy is to learn who you are dealing with and what motivates them.

SC - 845 - As we have seen - you can't make someone quit. Support, call people out if they are full of BS, but at the end of the day they have to quit for themselves. All we can do is provide the platform and show em how its done.
