Forum Rules

1. Please respect what we do here and do not be an active dipper while you are posting. IE – don’t introduce yourself to everyone and say you will be quitting tomorrow and posting up a day 1. Not Cool.

2. Post daily the first 100 days or do your absolute best to do so. We have a working formula for success here but you have to do your part. If you cannot make it to a computer you can phone or text another member to post for you. This absolutely counts 100% as your daily promise. You didn’t “forget” to dip when you were knee dip in your can a day habit. If you do forget in your first 100 days expect a little tough-love feedback from your fellow quitters. We want you succeed, and posting daily is the cornerstone of this website.
